Cynergy Bank has provided a term loan facility to Birchgrove, a leading UK Senior Living operator, supporting two communities in Leatherhead and Mill Hill to achieve stabilised occupancy. The funding, which was delivered on an accelerated timeline of six weeks from credit approval to completion, represents Cynergy Bank’s continued strong presence in the senior living sector and its ability to structure and execute complex transactions at scale.

Cynergy Bank has announced a £30.9m deal to Greater London-based Samko Holdings Limited. The transaction will support Samko to continue its next phase of growth, enabling continued investment in its expanding portfolio of regional hotels, the addition of new rooms and the acquisition of further sites.
