Cynergy Bank provided a £57m facility to Cole Waterhouse and Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC, secured against Eda, a stabilised and award-winning residential Build-to-Rent scheme in Salford Quays, Manchester. The funding will enable the customer to continue to grow and improve its operational excellence.
