Laura leads the London & South region for Cynergy Bank, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional client experiences across one of the most dynamic markets in the UK.

Mitesh joined Cynergy Bank in January 2022 to lead the London Property team. With more than two decades of experience in the banking sector—predominantly at Lloyds Banking Group where he has successfully led the London Property team and the Business Development function.

Kenny is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ banking experience at RBS, where he led the Structured Finance business in Scotland and the North of England.

Andrew leads the North Finance Team, bringing 25 years of banking experience across the region, where he led Scotland and Northern Banking teams.

Gerard leads the Development, Structured Finance and Bridging team. He has over 25 years of experience in finance. Before joining Cynergy Bank, he worked at United Trust Bank, where he was involved in developing structured finance solutions within the short-term lending market. Gerard focuses on supporting clients with a range of financing requirements, providing clear and practical solutions aligned to their needs.
