Andrew joined Cynergy Bank in 2025 to lead the Northern Originations team, Andrew has 25 years of banking experience in the North having worked for Lloyds & latterly Barclays where he ran their Scotland & Northern Banking teams. He has a broad range of banking experience from dealing with PLC's through to supporting SME clients in a number of asset classes and his team can support clients across Development Finance, Bridging, Real Estate and trading business lending.
