Jane has been in Banking for over 35 years and has worked in various roles within Operations, Training and Corporate Banking. Prior to joining Cynergy Bank in 2016 she worked as a Business Relationship Director responsible for a portfolio of trading businesses. Since joining Cynergy Bank she has worked within the property investment sector and is committed to providing excellent support to front line relationship teams and customers.

Richard’s career in financial services spans 30 years, with the latter half of this having a heavy involvement in financing care home and retirement living schemes. He is well regarded across the sector, having participated in panels at HealthInvestor conferences and was a contributor to the ULI’s Later Living: Housing with Care guide. Richard joined Cynergy Bank’s Healthcare team in September 2023 as part of its continued expansion in the UK’s Care sector.
