Cynergy Bank supports Student Lux Limited with a £15.1 million facility for purpose-built student accommodation in Canterbury.
The funding will support a new purpose-built student accommodation scheme adjacent to the University of Kent campus, where good quality, well-located accommodation is in short supply. Structured with margin ratchets linked to occupancy, the facility was delivered at pace and on competitive terms, enabling the sponsor to recycle profits into its wider business plan.
