Terms & Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

• Promoter: Cynergy Bank Plc, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 04728421) with its registered office at 4th Floor, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF

• Competition: Win a VIP matchday experience for 10 at the Brentford FC vs Everton game. Hospitality in Terrace View Box, with food and drink included, and take part in an exclusive pre-match pitchside visit and a Brentford FC shirt for each guest. Please note that the date and kick off time of the fixture specified is subject to change.

• Competition Period: From 09:00 (UK time) on Monday 9 February 2026 to 23:59 (UK time) on Friday 13 March 2026.

• Eligible Entrants: Individuals who are UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• Valid Entry: An entry submitted manually via the official entry form by an Eligible Entrant during the Competition Period.

• Privacy Notice: The Promoter’s privacy notice at https://www.cynergybank.co.uk/privacy-policy

• UK GDPR: The UK General Data Protection Regulation, which, together with the Data Protection Act 2018, governs the processing and protection of personal data in the United Kingdom.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• This Competition is open to Eligible Entrants only.

• Only one entry per Eligible Entrant will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

• The following individuals are not eligible to enter: Employees, contractors or representatives of the Promoter, or any of its affiliates; Immediate family or household members of any of the above; Anyone professionally involved in the administration or operation of the Competition; and

• Any individual who attempts to enter using automated tools, bulk entry systems, or third-party services acting on their behalf.

• No purchase is necessary to enter. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. HOW TO ENTER

• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete and submit the entry form made available by the Promoter during the Competition Period.

• Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

• This Competition is a free prize draw. The winner will be selected at random from all Valid Entries using a verifiable random selection process, conducted by a representative of the Promoter.

4. THE PRIZE

• One winner will receive a VIP matchday experience for 10 at the Brentford FC vs Everton game. Hospitality in Terrace View Box, with food and drink included, and take part in an exclusive pre-match pitchside visit and a Brentford FC shirt for each guest. Please note that the date and kick off time of the fixture specified is subject to change.

• Winner will need to provide full name and address details of each guest to Cynergy Bank and Brentford FC in order to provide the prize.

• If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 7 days after the end of the Competition Period.

• If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 3 days of the initial attempt, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.

• The prize is for the winner and cannot be transferred, refunded or resold.

• Winners will need to adhere to all Brentford FC policies when attending, including Ticketing T&Cs and Ground Policies & Regulations

5. EXCLUSIONS

• The following will not qualify as Valid Entries:

• Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions

• Entries submitted using automated tools, bulk entry systems, or third-party services (including but not limited to API feeds); and

• Entries from accounts primarily used for commercial or professional purposes.

6. GENERAL TERMS

• The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend, amend or cancel the Competition for valid reasons (including but not limited to fraud or technical failure);

• Disqualify any entry that is incomplete or in breach of these Terms & Conditions; and

• Verify the eligibility of any entrant.

• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

• Entrants may withdraw their entry at any time by contacting marketing@cynergybank.co.uk . Withdrawal will not affect entries already included in the draw. If a winner withdraws or is disqualified, an alternative winner may be selected.

• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected entries, nor for any technical issues or malfunctions affecting entry, the operation of the Competition, or the accuracy of related information.

7. DATA PROTECTION

• Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. Entrants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. For further details, please refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Notice.

• Personal data will be used only for the administration of this Competition and for publishing the winner as described in clause 8.

8. PUBLICITY

• By entering the Competition, the winner consents to the publication of their first name, surname initial, and county on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages for purposes related to the Competition. Any additional use of the winner’s image, full name or other personal details will require separate, explicit consent.

• If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, you may escalate it to the Advertising Standards Authority

10. LEGAL

• These Terms and the Competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Use.

• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

• The Promoter shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant arising directly or indirectly from entering the Competition. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
