Security and fraud
Taking your security seriously
Making banking safe for our customers is one of our key priorities.
Fraud is suspicious activity on your account, that you did not know about, and that you did not authorise.
A scam is when you have paid an individual, or company, because you thought that they were genuine.
If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Customer Services.
