Mitesh joined Cynergy Bank in January 2022 to lead the London Property Finance team. He has over 20 years’ experience in Banking largely at Lloyds Banking Group, where he led the London Property team as well as the Business Development function for the London Region. He has a strong track record for leading large front line teams who provide excellent support for the growth ambitions of their clients.

Laura joined the Bank in 2020 to grow the Property business covering the South East of England. Laura has over 18 years’ banking experience, predominantly in Real Estate Finance. Laura’s experience includes Business Development, Portfolio Management and Restructuring.

Rob has been with the Bank since 2017 and joined to open the Manchester Office which covers the North of England. With over 30 years' banking experience, he has extensive commercial property finance experience in the region having held senior roles previously in relationship management and business development team.

Sukhjeeven joined the Bank to aid the growth of the Midlands Property Finance division. He has 20 years’ banking experience with comprehensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate finance, where he was instrumental in relationship growth, management and business development.

Kenny has been with the Bank since 2019 and joined to grow the Property business covering Scotland.
