Title:          Senior Marketing Officer

Location:    Southgate, North London

Contract:    12 Month Fixed term contract - Maternity Cover

Salary:          £37,440k pa

Summary:

Support the Head of Marketing as directed to co-ordinate and deliver the annual marketing plan for online and offline activity to increase brand awareness and support business pillars

Responsibilities:

Building the Cynergy Bank brand - research, creative development and content creation for brand building, financial promotions and other marketing and promotional activities.

  • Support in the day to day management of the public website.
  • Support in the development, content creation, testing and launch of the new public website.
  • Development and design of marketing materials (using Photoshop and InDesign where relevant) incl. emails, website banners, social media, display ads, YouTube clips, digital banners, deal sheets newsletters.
  • Manage content for marketing communication channels providing regular management information and analysis.
  • Plan and organise social media calendar to include regular and targeted flow of organic and sponsored campaigns.
  • Create content to post directly on the website, social media and internal channels.
  • Plan and organise customer events, exhibitions, hospitality, seminars, sponsorship and other promotional activities liaising with business pillars and creative agencies.
  • Plan and organise marketing direct/bulk mailings and email campaigns.
  • Oversee day to day relationships with external agencies and printers to ensure all outsourced jobs are delivered to the agreed standard, on time and within budget
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required, including maintenance of marketing and branding policies and manuals.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge of up to date marketing and banking best practice and relevant technology, particularly in relation to design, CRM and campaign management.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Photoshop and InDesign
  • Digital marketing:
    • Website management using a CMS
    • Social media (specifically LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Social media, in particular LinkedIn, campaign management
  • Content creation

Desirable knowledge & Experience:

  • Financial Services experience
  • Agency management

  • Legal and Compliance approvals and sign-off
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (specifically email)

Title:            Diversity & Talent Coordinator

Location:      Southgate

Salary:         £27,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience)

Contract:      12 Month Fixed Term Contract

 Cynergy Bank is in the midst of pursuing an ambitious growth strategy and our people are at the heart of our success.

 This will be a hands-on role supporting our talent management and development strategy and working closely with our HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the business.

 The role with have a particular focus on our equality, diversity and inclusion agenda where you will be responsible for the coordination, planning and communication of ED&I activity as well as the management of data and reporting

 We are looking for someone who shares our passion to build a diverse and engaged pool of talent and make a real difference within the business.

 Responsibilities:

  • Form collaborative and trusted relationships with Leadership team and colleagues to create and execute on agreed Equity, Diversity and Inclusion priorities.
  • Keep up to date on legal, regulatory & policy changes related to ED&I with a particular focus on Financial Services
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner in Engagement & Development and senior management to support the succession planning and talent review process, proactively identifying and developing our internal pool of diverse talent.
  • Work closely with our Talent Manager to ensure our recruitment policies and practices improve our ability to attract high quality diverse candidates
  • Support the utilisation of our learning and development resources such as Learnerbly and Internal Education & Sponsorship Programme
  • Build our relationships with external memberships – Inclusive Employers, Women in Banking & Finance, City HR Association
  • Partner with our internal ED&I group to manage all D&I related communications and initiatives e.g. Race Equality Matter’s Safe Spaces & The Big Promise, Pride, Race Equality Week, National Inclusion Week etc.
  • Utilise internal channels such as the Intranet and Teams and liaise with marketing on the use of social media for the promotion of the D&I calendar
  • Build and manage a framework of metrics and measurements to establish the impact of the ED&I priorities
  • Track employee perception of the D&I environment at Cynergy via safe space sessions, staff surveys etc.
  • Support the review all HR policies and processes with ED&I lens.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong HR generalist, with a particular focus on talent development and ED&I
  • Knowledge of ED&I best practice and initiatives
  • Able to demonstrate a passion and commitment to ED&I and ideally experience of introducing ED&I educational initiatives
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively
  • Track record of delivering projects and ED&I initiatives from inception to completion
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Digitally savvy with excellent MS office experience particularly with excel
