Responsibilities:
- Know our customers and their problems and identify opportunities to improve their experience
- Support the end-to-end product journey for the Bank’s suite of lending products
- Track and analyse performance and incorporate key learnings into our product optimisation strategies
- Manage KPIs, analyse the impact of product features and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for product compliance with all relevant legislation, regulation and industry best practice
- Collaborates with the operations team to ensure delivery and optimisation of all operational forecasting, processes, systems, infrastructure and resources
- Works closely with credit and risk to build and enhance policy and procedures to support balanced and optimal lending growth
- Apply risk assessment and management principles to assess compliance and operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, to pre-empt any issues and minimise or remove risks
- Collaborates with the current account product leader and digital channels lead in support of the wider customer proposition across current accounts, open banking and digital banking channels
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Relevant experience in a regulated financial services environment
- Experience of Lending market
- Experience working at pace in an iterative Agile environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Highly numerate with strong excel skills
- Demonstrable customer focus

Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Lending Products to shape the product strategy and roadmap for Cynergy Banks Lending portfolio

- Ownership of the end-to-end product journey for the Bank’s suite of lending products

Title: Treasury Analyst
Location: Central London but occasional travel to other locations required
Salary: Dependant on experience
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Bank’s cashflow management and forecasting process
- Oversee the management of daily liquidity requirements
- Manage monthly ALCO process on behalf of the Head of Treasury
- Develop the Bank’s use of Bank of England’s liquidity facilities (including FLS and ILTR operations) and provide input for developing contingency funding options
- Manage the Bank’s liquid assets buffer in adherence with internal and regulatory limits
- Provide support for the annual update of the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process
- Manage the Bank’s IRRBB exposure in line with Bank policy
- Hedge the Bank’s FX exposure, ensuring adherence to relevant procedures and limits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key bank counterparties and internal customers
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Bank Treasury or similar
- Good knowledge of Treasury products and how to deploy them in a Retail Bank
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities
- Used to working in a pressured environment
- Self-starter capable of driving their own agenda
Desirable knowledge & Experience:
- Preferably previous experience gained in the Treasury of a UK Retail Bank
- Some knowledge of Wholesale Funding schemes would be an advantage

Title: Product Manager – Savings
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience
Contract: Permanent Contract
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in office (Central London)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant implementation of BAU product changes inc. fees and rates
- Responsible for forecasting cashflow and product balances across the Savings Portfolio
- Responsible for the end to end savings product lifecycle.
- Responsible for the production and analysis of customer and market insight to support product initiatives ranging from annual product reviews to new product launches
- Responsible for the production and management of all conduct risk and complaint MI within the product function supporting the identification of recurring issues and action plans
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating an accurate and up-to-date customer collateral repository across all products including brochureware, T&Cs and customer communications
- Responsible for the management and reporting of any marketing campaigns supporting the Cynergy Bank product set
- Working alongside the Head of Savings to review Product Manuals and any product procedures are accurate and up to date
- Supporting the Head of Savings in the delivery of small and large change initiatives
