When you open a Personal Current Account with Cynergy Bank, you will automatically be registered for Online Banking.
When logging on to Online Banking and when completing some transactions, such as setting up a new payee or amending details of an existing payee, you will be asked to authenticate the activity using the new ‘Cynergy Bank Authenticator’ app or upgraded Digipass® which scans authentication images that are displayed in Online Banking and generates a unique authentication code that needs to be input in Online Banking when prompted.
You can download your statements and letters to save and print for your records.
A Confirmation of interest certificate will be provided, which will enable you to see the amount of interest paid to your account between any two dates in the previous 24 months. The document can be downloaded from the Account Services menu in Online Banking and saved for your records so you have it available if needed.
