How to apply
Your step-by-step guide to the key stages of applying for a Cynergy Bank mortgage:
Step 1 – Getting started.
Log in to our portal to register your cases and download the necessary documents. You can check our Mortgage product guide for intermediaries and lending criteria before you begin your application or call our dedicated Mortgage support team.
Step 2 – Apply online.
Complete and submit your application - you can download forms that you need, and upload documents to support your application. Our Mortgage support team is available to help you.
Step 3 – Our underwriters’ decision.
Each application will be individually reviewed by one of our underwriting team. We will keep you informed by email and by telephone and let you know our decision as soon as possible.
Step 4 – Mortgage offer.
If the application is approved we will issue the offer directly to the customer and also send you a copy. You can also download a copy for your records.
Step 5 – Conveyancing.
We will work with conveyancers, valuers and licensed solicitors to ensure smooth, accurate and fast progress to completion.
Step 6 – Mortgage completion.
We confirm that all legal requirements have been met and make the funds available for drawdown.
