Richard’s career in financial services spans 30 years, with the latter half of this having a heavy involvement in financing care home and retirement living schemes. He is well regarded across the sector, having participated in panels at HealthInvestor conferences and was a contributor to the ULI’s Later Living: Housing with Care guide. Richard joined Cynergy Bank’s Healthcare team in September 2023 as part of its continued expansion in the UK’s Care sector
