Our commitment to you

When we receive your complaint:

  • We will provide you with an acknowledgement within 24 working hours.

  • When we have investigated your complaint, we will either contact you for additional information or provide you with a proposed resolution within 72 working hours of our initial acknowledgement

  • If you are satisfied with the proposed resolution, we will consider the complaint to be closed

  • Where we are unable to resolve your complaint, you can escalate your complaint to UK Finance for further consideration by emailing IFABLStandards@ukfinance.org.uk .
