Cynergy Bank has supported BPS Purestone with senior financing for the acquisition of 80-85 Tottenham Court Road, London W1. The deal marks the first acquisition of newly launched specialist real estate investment platform BPS Purestone, led by Mahir Vachani and Rishi Khurana, alongside JV partner RevCap.

The asset will undergo an extensive refurbishment and repositioning programme designed to bring the building to contemporary occupier standards and capture growing demand from knowledge-economy businesses in Fitzrovia and the wider West End.
