Text alerts

In addition to updating you, on your account balance, or recent transactions, our Text Message Service, will also alert you, if a potentially suspicious, or unusual debit card payment, occurs on your account. An alert will be sent to your mobile phone, asking you to contact the Bank, if you do not recognise the transaction.

This free service ensures that you, and the bank, are made aware of potential fraudulent activity promptly, so that cards can be blocked quickly, before any further fraudulent activity on the account occurs.
