There is no doubt many of us will have been glad to see 2020 come to an end. We all flexed, adjusted and reimagined in a way like never before and I would like to acknowledge the sacrifices and achievements our customers and staff made in 2020. We appreciate and thank you for your loyalty.
While we begin 2021 with another lockdown, as we look to the future I would like to reassure you that we will continue working together as a team to support our customers, enhancing our products and services to meet your needs as you grow your business and make the most of your savings.
We continue to work on some exciting new projects. We passionately believe in ‘human relationships’ and are utilising technology to allow our people to do what they do best – look after our customers. We believe our ‘human-digital bank’ will transform banking for those customers who still value a face to face relationship that is merged with the latest digital technology.  I look forward to providing you with further updates on this over the coming months.
